Marcos Baumgart and Kleber Cincea represented X Rally Team during the Atlas Copco 400, fourth round of the South African Cross Country Series (SACCS). Racing a T-Class NWM-built Ford Ranger V8 4x4, the Brazilian duo overcame some obstacles to finish fifht in their class - tenth overall.
"It was a good race, fast, with difficult navigation. We had two punctures in the first lap, but the second was much better, when we were 15 minutes faster. We overtook some cars and got stuck behind the dust from the buggies. Anyway, it was an excellent test for me and for Kleber as well", said Marcos.
The pair return to Brazil and their next challenge is the Rally dos Sertões, from 18th to 25th.
